Recently I posted about one of my guitars that was damaged by Southwest Airlines while on tour with a musician. After a long drawn out process and a bunch of talking with them here is the verdict. They will pay me $650 for the repair plus $85 for the damaged case plus a $100 travel voucher. I guess it could have been much worse. |

You should have told them that the $100 voucer is a slap in the face. I would have though you would have gotten a continental US flight out of it at least. It's not like it costs the airline anything if there is an emply seat of one filled out of "saving face". 
Like Hesh said though, at least you got something out of it. Better than repairing it for nothing and than trying to sell it afterwards. |

Almost $850.00 that doesn't sound too bad, all things considering. Still a pain though !! |

What the others have said, i'm glad you got something out of them Robbie, i'd even add that you performed a "tour de force" my friend!
